Gear Hobs
STC is a Manufacturer of Gear Hobs made with maximum accuracy and proper finishing. These Gear Hobs can be manufactured in Bore and Shank Types. Besides Gear Hobs, we also supply custom gear Hobs as per customer drawings. These are used to generate gear tooth profiles in any material. Gear Hob Cutters are available in all kinds of PVD coatings as per our customers’ requirements. The Hobs are produced in bore or shank type in single or multi-threads.
Solid Carbide Hobs
STC Manufacture high-performance Solid Carbide Hobs, which can be used in a shell or shank design to cut gears with or without coolant. Solid Carbide material gives good production as well as cutting high hardness components.
Gear Shaving Cutters
Our Gear Shaving Cutters designed to meet the specific finishing requirement of work gears. Therefore, complete details are required to design and manufacture shaving cutters. All Shaving Cutters supplied with inspection and lead test charts.
STC Manufactures Gear Shaving Cutters such as conventional, diagonal, underpass, and plunge cut with a wide range of sizes according to the customer's requirement.
Master Gears
STC Manufacture Master Gears as per customer requirement for flank/profile checking. Our Master Gears are made from the highest standards to determine the accuracy of work gears and set masters to adjust your checking equipment. These are made from high-quality material to ensure the longest possible tool life .Master Gears are used in double and single flank gear roll inspection systems, honing machines, and gear measuring systems as test gears.
Involute Spline Broaches
STC manufactures Involute Spline Broaches; besides manufacturing Spline Broaches, we also offer repair and sharpening services for all types of broaches. Our Spline Broaches are made using high-quality imported raw materials acquired from leading vendors in the industry. Our fully experienced and well-qualified team produces these Spline Broaches in various sizes, dimensions, and configurations per customer's requirements.

Hob Cutter Re – Sharpening
We provide Hob Cutter Re-Sharpening Services. Re-Sharpening of the Hobs is done on state of an art CNC HOB SHARPENING MACHINE which can sharpen Hobs up the "AAA" class. After a hob is used to produce a certain number of gears, the wear is high enough that the gear quality decreases or the risk of significant tool damage rise. At that time, a hob needs to be reconditioned. The tools are Resharp to the original specifications and complete dimensions like new tools. The maintenance of Hob is a very delicate operation, and skilled operators must carry it out. We provide the best quality Re-Sharpening of tools that maintain productivity.
Hob Cutter Re – Profiling
We provide Hob Cutter Re-profiling services for your defunct inventory of Hobs so that those Hobs can be re-used for production. Gear hobbing is the most common manufacturing process used for gears of almost all sizes.
We can reprofile your Hob cutters on CNC Profile Grinding Machine. Besides that, we also provide the service of Hob cutter Re-Sharpening, Gear Shaving Cutters Re-Sharpening, and PVD Coatings.
